Aurora Loan Services/Loan Modification

Had a Option ARM loan from Aurora (originally with GMAC). Value of home dropped significantly from 2006 to 2011 and we accumulated a lot of phony interest due to negative amortization. Requested loan modification for a fixed rate from GMAC but they would not modify the loan - said we made too much money. Stopped making payments to get their attention. Solutions Processing, Loan Modification Service

Craig M. Laverty stole money from me after I contracted with his firm, Solutions Processing, LLC, to negotiate loan modifications on 4 rental properties I own. Their claim was either loan modification or forensic audit. Shortly after receiving all the documents and taking my money I was informed that my lender did not offer loan modifications on mortgages that are not delinquent (which none of mine are).
