They are scamming me just like everyone else. I made an order, there was nothing about any annual membership fee, yet I received an email the very next day saying I would be charged the fee. I clicked on the link to cancel with in the allotted time frame, I have proof I sent the email and they did not respond. When I received the product, I called and left two voicemails saying I wanted a call back. I never received a call back.
