I really don't know how to describe the poor, annoy services that I have experienced with Streamyx and Telecom Malaysia. Just imagine that I need to wait for more than one month to complete my registration and installation for the 1 Mbps package. Maybe their working process has no problem but the responsibility and attitude of the agent and staff have a big problem! read full review »
