Airtel has no commitment and very poor service in Chinchwad region. Airtel service engg are least bother about you isseses even they close you issues without coming to your place and resolving it. I have escalted these issues to airtel call center too but they also feel that chichwad service engg's are complicent and they don't want to work and resolve isse. they only speak about resolving it but never bring solution. i request you all to look for better alternative like tatasky instead of AIrtel DTH ( this service gives lot of isses in rainy season due to poor coveage and network signels) read full review »
