I placed an order for a Pink Beauty as a birthday present for my fiancée. Instead of pink roses, she got wilted asters and carnations. After complaining to customer service which is hard to reach they said they would correct the problem if the flowers sent was not what was ordered. I emailed bloomex back several times which they are not responding to me. It's now 1 week and I still haven't heard anything after repeated emails. I will call the credit card company to cancel payment and report them to BBB. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! read full review »
