This company's advertising and CUSTOMER SERVICE (what customer service?) is horrible! For a "free 14-day trial" of their product, I had roughly 5 days to try it. When I disliked it and requested a refund, willing to return product at my own cost, I was denied, both by e-mail and then by telephone, by a CSR who told me the supervisor was not at work past 6pm. I'm reporting them to the SE Better Business Bureau. This company, called TOP Customer Service, has no idea of what that means in this economy.
