i recently travelled from brisbane to launceston with jetstar.i checked in with the computer turminal after buying a ticket online. when i tried to board the plane i was told my boarding pass was not scanning and i had to go to the service desk to get another one. when i got to the service desk there was about 20 people in the line and they were paging me for a final boarding call. i asked the staff member directing people for assistance. 3 times. he would not even listen to my querie, he would not even let me speak. after hearing my name... read full review »
