In 2008 I purchaed an aftermarket automobile warranty for my 2003 Mercedes C240. The warranty company was Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc. I had two claims that went fine. One in 2008 and one in 2009. I put in a third claim two weeks ago thru my dealer for $911.47. I am being told that Fidelity has had one of their "adjusters" review the claim and I am only entitled to $237.38.
