After being a loyal Dell customer for more than eight years, I finally gave up on Dell. It is incredible how their service has gone down the drain. All one gets now days is a service representative who can never resolve anything. Of course, you have to hold forever on the phone. I will never ever buy another dell computer or product. I bought a laptop in the States, since moved to Mexico. Supposedly my international guarantee was valid world-wide, except when I need it, of course. Every time I ask for a service representative to transfer me to a manager, they are always unavailable. read full review »
