I would like to inform you that I had been for Hair Straightening at one of the Loreal Parlours named Runah which is located at I.C.Colony, Cross Road No.5 in Borivali (West), Mumbai. Just to bring to your notice I was told that they will be doing Hair Rebonding on my hair as I wanted to get them straightened.However after they started the treatment they said that they will be doing hair straightening and not rebonding and even that was not done properly.
