My sister and I were hungry, so we decided to have some Chinese food. After a long while of searching, we came across Tong's Wok, which is the closest Chinese restaurant to where we live. In their ads, Tong's Wok says that for orders over $30, the delivery charge is free, so we figured "right on". After placing our order, the total of which being like $31, the guy on the phone told us that we could not get free delivery, because we did not live in Saskatoon.
