Verizons sales rep located inside Costco told me that I have a 30 day return trial if not satisfied with my new 2 year service contract. Nine days later after finding out that when verizon people called my new cell to welcome me, they were charging my minutes. On day nine I returned the phone and had my number transferred back to AT&T.
