These people are completely incompetent and dishonest. If you show up on time for an appointment, they will keep you waiting fifteen minutes printing out the contract which should have been printed beforehand. Then, the contract will contain errors, including the incorrect spelling of your name. Your name will stay in their system with the incorrect spelling for the duration.
