Immigration scammers like Adell Weeks or Adell Waters who posed as an immigration officer and Miss Feralli who was in charge of the paperworks have been robbing undocumented immigrants in New York City. In 2005 they managed to steal $8800 from someone from Europe. A claim has been filed with the District Attorney of New York City in 2008.
