Col;umbia House has refused to achnowledge returned goods we did not order and sent right back with Canada post. They have not replied to several letters explaining the situation and their claim is $23.50 from back in March of 2008. Their cost of mainling notices is probably more than this. We will not be bullied into paying even this small amount when we did not keep the goods. Do no support Columbia house!! read full review »
