About a year ago, we purchased a homeowners warranty plan. We needed some plumbing work done. We followed the proper protocol and were denied. The plumber told them that the shower and bath stems needed replacing and that they met the guidelines for replacement. They still denied us. Oh, it took us forever to get through to the company.
