Where to start with this company? First I had over £100 taken from my account with no prior warning due to their 'automatic renewal programme' for a hosting package I had already tried to cancel. Who takes money without written warning these days?! I rang on the day that the transaction had gone through - by luck I happened to check my statement that day.
