I signed up for the 'free trial' of Extreme Acaiberry and like most of the other consumers, I had a very difficult time reaching the customer service line to cancel future shipments. However, I refused to hang up, and after 22 minutes of holding on the line I was able to speak to a customer service rep and cancel my order. They provided me with a cancellation confirmation number. So, my advice is to be patient and don't hang up. I hope this helps someone! read full review »
