On Jan 31, 2010, I received a Dunkin Donuts gift certificate booklet with 21 free cups of coffee. I was so happy to use it because I loved drinking Dunkin Donuts coffee. I decided to use one of my gifts certificates at the DD on 179-15 Hillside Ave. When I tried to redeem it, the employees told me that had to show them the boklet. I didn't walk with the booklet because I didn't want to lose it. I explain it to them but the said I had to buy it.
