Casinos are the only public place smoking is allowed. Since this has been the case, more than ever, people are losing way too much money to casinos. Illinois checks on their casinos. Iowa never has anything publicly announced that they did a surprise check on payouts. Casinos do not supply enough jobs for the amount of their income. They supply food, shows, even bowling.
