They are a joke! I met like 6 different people in less than 6 months in that agency (the one on Central Ave, Riverside). #1: their treatment is awful, office manager is always in bad mood as well as agents, however they always complain about their manager in front of customers. 2#:they never have a good answer for any question we can have, they offer you something, they said they are helping you "saving money" and then, wait for your first bill. 3#:well, let's talk about "saving money" authorizing them taking your payment... read full review »
