I had one of the pathetic experience with this company. Once i lost my Debit Card and asked them to issue a new Debit Card, but first they refused and then told to send the request online, and i will receive the same at my Address. When request sent i did not get reply for a week about the status of the same. When called again they told to send the request again. I sent the request again and finally got reply that i had to visit my base branch i.e at vasant kunj, which is too far from my place and i didn't have enough time to go... read full review »
