I purchased a dryer from Conns and needed repair service for a minor problem with a switch on the dryer. The dryer was still under a covered service contract. When I called Conns, they told me they would not be able to come to repair the dryer for 6 days. I explained to them that my wife and I both work a 40 hour a week job and have 2 small children, and we could not go 6 days without a dryer.
