Update on the Small Claims Lawsuit filed against Sunny Sports Inc, aka...New Star Marketing, Scooter Depot...with Amy Barnes, Mr. Lei (Lie) Lu, Mary Lee, Ivy...and other cast of members. Well, Sunny Sports Inc (Global Marketing/ScooterDepot...or whatever it is this week) along with Lei (Lie) Lu and Amy Barnes have been caught lying to the Hardin County Small Claims Court in Elizabethtown, KY. Sunny Sports Inc have already paid me the $94.00 for Court Costs they failed to show up on 6 July 2010. I will be posting a copy of the check from them to me. We are now set for Small Claims Court on 12 October 2010 at 10:00 for $1, 500.00. This is for STORAGE CHARGES that I sent them a certified letter back in February 2010... read full review »

Consumers - Please contact the CA State Attorney General for Consumer Fraud - my case is being investigate by Mr. Zinzun and Ms. Adrian Javier. They have more than 50+ documents/evidence against them from me. They are aware of this website to include the Better Business Bureau that have over 200 complaints not answered by Sunny Sports Inc and all of their Alisases companies.
