I made a purchase online from this company two months ago and noticed today that for the past two months have been charging me $9.95 fee. When I googled their company the first thing that came up was complaints of other unauthorized charges. I called their number and and was told I signed up for a membership which is not the case and after much lying(i was told no supervisers work on the weekend-then one magically appeared) and haggling they told me they would refund the full amount in two business days-we'll see!
