I was checking my daughters credit report now that she turned 18yrs old and this Company West Bay Aquisitions came up which is a scam and a fraud. Never heard of this company. Report states account was opened when she was 15yrs old just a child. Stating amount $74.00 past due for 1 month. Sounds very strange to me. Tried calling the number and just a recorder comes on the line. This is on my daughter's credit report for 3 years. Fighting day and night to get this removed. These people need to be in jail.
