Dont fall into this SCAM. Especially to the step by step mentoring program. You might learn a few new things from the book if you're totally new to real estate but the coaching/mentoring program is just a SCAM. You learn nothing new and you'll get no help. The bottom line of this whole thing is you need to get a "great deal" to get success.
