This corporation is horrible -Buildings are 12 Years old and we have constant water shut off - After a long term lawsuit they tell us everything is payed off then they bill us - You e-mail and call condo Board of Directors and 3 months later they still don't answer you - At a new yearly budget super gets a $20, 000 yearly raise - At yearly budget they change the rules and make us pay for electricity - After that they bill you for previous 3 months without telling you who, where and how you are paying for electricity. read full review »
