i have been using h and r block for years. i went there the other day to get my taxes done. the lady that was preparing my taxes told me that she had just taken the class and barely passed it. so, here she is working at h and r block preparing peoples taxes. well, when she finished ours i was only getting back $416 on my federal. i knew that couldn't be right. i took my w2s and left. i went to an accountant and got back 1800 dollars. i just wonder how many more hard working people this lady has cheated out of money... i... read full review »
