I wanted to tell you about my experience on your ship the Carnival Dream that set sail on February 20, 2010. I previously sailed on the Carnival Inspiration and was looking forward to a relaxing fun filled week. Oh boy was I wrong. We were assigned to stateroom 7229 on the Empress deck which is just above the Encore Theater.
