I ordered this "free trial" then a few days later saw all of the complaints on a website. I IMMEDIATELY tried to cancel my order but was unable to get a hold of ANYONE! I canceled my credit card so they couldn't charge me anything (I had already paid the shipping and handling). So now I just received a bill in the mail. I called (of course they answer when they think someone wants to make a payment) I told them that I am not paying for something I tried to cancel in the first place.
