This is a franchise store and almost every aspect of our dealing with them was a nightmare. We were told to arrive on our appointed day. They called and reminded us and said if we came early they would take us early. We live two hours from the store and needless to say we made certain we were on time (45 min early). We were made to wait an hour past our appointment time-when the photographer had the couple in front of us change their clothes he acted like he was doing us a favor to take us then.
