John Hancock purchased a welder from me and said he was going to arrange shipping to Switzerland from the USA...9 Months after I had crated and stored the welder he posts a complaint that I had ripped him off?? He has totally twisted his incompetence into being my fault? He had to have his Brother in Law come pick it up finally because he was too embarassed to even show up!!
