U.S. Airways should be paying people to fly on their airlines. Workers for U.S. airways seem to have a stick up their ass, from the flight attendants to the costumer service representatives. Do Not expect any help with anything and definitely do not expect a friendly smile from anyone working there. Good luck if you loose your luggage, be prepared to spend half of your day on hold until you get your bag back, that is if you get your bag back. I've been on many bad flights but this is definitely the worst in my life. I would not wish this on my worst enemy. Please if you care about your mental health at all DO NOT fly U.S. Airways. read full review »
