D/Sir, I have my saving account No. 01210100006801 in Bank of Baroda, Newai (Raj.) I got an ATM card from the bank first time and it was told to me that it will be issued without any charges. But as i check my account, Rs. 282/- is debited on 2/2/10 showing as New PIN & DUL. Asking from the branch, it is told me that the charges for the PIN issuing me 2nd time.
