This company was very hard to reach b/c their phone number is either busy or disconnects. Their phone # is unlisted when you call directory assistance in Boca Raton, Florida. They do NOT answer the phone at 800-787-1219 or it is busy or there is a message. I finally had to call one of their neighbor companies, and the man told us that so many people call them that the building's landlord gives out the Better Business Bureau phone # in Boca Raton, Florida! I finally reached someone to cancel but it took days. If I am charged at all after today, I will file a complaint w/my credit card company. read full review »
