dear sir, My mother had purchased SANSUI HARDROCK 2000 watt form VIKAS ELECTRONICS, Dist- Sri Ganga nagar, Suratgarh Rajasthan. TV Model no. is 2000watt HR & TV Serial No. 111105010202509356 & warantee card no. is 111105010202509356. ]Sound problem is occoured in TV, speakers not give sound. I have also complaint to VIKAS ELECTRONICS but there is no responce from there to till date.
