I CANCELLED MY SERVICE AND HAD EVERYTHING SWITCHED OVER TO QUEST IN NOVEMBER 2009. cOM AST REFUSED TO PICK UP THE INTERNET MODEM. THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME 700 DOLLARS FOR CONTINUED SERVICE THAT WE NO LONGER HAD AND THE FEE OF THE MODEM. wHEN WE CALLED TO WORK OUT THIS ISSUE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE THE NUMBER TO THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE SAYING THEY DONT HAVE ONE. I AM MILITARY JUST RETURNING FROM IRAQ AND URGE ALL MILITARY FAMILIES AND ANYONE ELSE TO STOP USING COMCAST. YOU CAN GET BETTER SERVICE AND BETTER CUSTOMER... read full review »
