Hi, was issued a notification that I had won the email lottery . unfortunately, I had responded with my details.i received several mails but finally, i got a mail requesting that stated i must pay the government stamp duty . i was insturcted to pay the duty fees into this account :Capitec Bank (which does exist in South Africa).Account holder ;Mr P.N Dhladhla; Account number 1218640101 ;branch code 470010 i had to use my name and surname as reference .
