same as hundreds of others, scammed into buying a one year download and service membership for 12.99 and then charged for a three year at 70, 80. The phone number on my billing staement is for a third party billing outfit, when I asked for an e-mail listing of the services I bought I was told to "SHUT UP" and was hung up on. I called a US Senator from Florida and he gave me the following number to file a complaint and they will investigate... I hope. The number is 407 252 2573. read full review »
