I got a pop-up window stating that my computer was infected, and it locked up. I purchased this antivirus software because it looked totally legitimate. Not only did I get charged $69.95 for software that never installed on my computer, but I continue to have problems opening programs now. I've started the dispute process with my bank, but have no idea how to fix whatever got triggered! read full review »
