Jeff Marsell had a secretary at a church contact our corporate office asking for a rep in their area, which my company sent me as a lead for business. (Oh, that could be mistaken as false presences) When I contacted the lead, she stated she wasn't interested in our services, but a Jeff with Heavenly printing was. I contacted Jeff who in turn emailed me a copy of an ad THAT I NEVER ASKED FOR. This paper did say it was a verbal agreement to advertise.
