This company is complete fraud and even though you cancel with this company they will still charge your card. Not only do they not provide a competant person to talk with to handle your complaint, no one at that call center is even able to comprehend English. They can sure talk with you when you want to place an order and charge your card with a live person, but to get a refund, you MUST submit an email.
