I used GE Money for a medical reason. Interest was deferred as long as I paid in full during the deferrment time period. I unfortunately assumed that as long as I made my payments on time and ALWAYS more than the minimum I would pay it off before the allotted time. Foolishly I did not watch my e-statements just paid them. Dec 2009 the time ran out and I did not notice. In Feb when I did notice I paid the remaining 4XX.00, and was told too bad too late, and another 2000.00 of deferred interest was added. I called and wrote, to no avail. When... read full review »
