Purchased a Roots leather Milano bag which was $400.00 and approximately 3 months later the stitching started coming apart. Roots will not replace the bag and even worst it'll take 4 to 5 weeks to have it repaired. The customer service manager won't acknowledge that the stitching is defective as she only reads from her policy manuel and keeps repeating her answer that the stitching just came undone and this can be repaired at this repair centre in Toronto.
