I have just received 2 Pandora fake bracelets. I have a real one but thought I could use some of the fake charms to fill real bracelet up. They are absolutely crap, they are definately not silver as described on the web site. I emailed them asking about returning them and I did get a reply but after that everytime I try to get on site it is not found. Now I know the site is still available as I asked my daughter to try.
