I went to store 13959 in Porterville at 6:OOam drive thru and waited approx 10 minutes, then drove around to the drive thru window and the sign says they open at 5:30 am and I attempted to get the attention of the worker inside the store when I finally got there attention they just came to the window and said thru the window we are closed when I pointed to the sign that says they open at 5:30am they just shrugged there shoulders.
