I LT COL ASHOK UKMAR RANGI had a valid ticket PNR NO. 210-3497996 for travel by train no.2445 uttar sampark kranti pqwl/2 on 07 mar 10 to travel from ambala to udhampur. since as a govt servant i had to join my duties at udhampur on 08 mar10, ihad no option of cancelling my waitlisted 2 ticket as mentioned above. to board the train and get accomodation /birth on the train, i contacted TTE of the train whowas standing outside the coach alongwith another TTE( a sikh gentleman). he told me availability of the bith and endorsed A-1 31 on my ticket... read full review »
