I am a customer of Vodafone since last three years( 9888258111). Today (12/03/10) morning at around 10 am I checked my account balance and found that Rs.30 had been deducted from my account and caller tune service activated by u without my request. I try to call 111 for enquiry but no response provided. Now I want refund of money (i.e. Rs. 30) deducted from my account for caller tune and also want to discontinue with the service of caller tune.
