Vendor shipped damaged product and has refused to accept return or replace. The following is documented with supporting documentation: On June 30, 2008, I placed an order via the internet for a Sony 40” LCD television with PlasmaHouse.com. The order shipped from PlasmaHouse.com on July 8th, 2008. The product was received on July 10, 2008. (I paid for a UPS delivery as their normal method of shipping is to drop ship street side.)
